Overview:
Seamless FM is growing fast in California, and we need reliable, multi-skilled handyman techs. You’ll work on retail, office, and multi-unit properties to deliver minor repairs and inspections.
Typical Work:

Light plumbing & electrical
Paint touch-ups & drywall repair
Mounting, assembling, and patching
Preventive maintenance tasks

Must Have:

2 years in general maintenance or trade experience
Your own set of tools & a work-ready truck
Strong communication skills
Punctuality and pride in craftsmanship
