At Seamless FM, our Mobile Facilities Technicians are the backbone of our service delivery. Based out of Los Angeles, you'll travel across a portfolio of client sites providing responsive, high-quality maintenance and repair work. What you'll do

• Travel between multiple client sites across the Greater Los Angeles area to perform scheduled and reactive maintenance
• Carry out repairs across general trades including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting
• Complete work orders efficiently and document all service activity through our mobile platform
• Conduct site walkthroughs and flag maintenance issues proactively
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients, representing Seamless FM professionally
• Coordinate with the dispatch team to manage daily schedules and priorities

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of facilities, building maintenance, or multi-trade technician experience
• Hands-on skills across at least two trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
• Comfortable working independently and managing a mobile schedule across multiple sites
• Familiarity with California building codes and safety requirements (Title 24 knowledge a plus)
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
• Strong communication skills and a client-facing, professional demeanor
